The crew was founded by Klew (Com) & Diwat in Szentedre (Hungary) in 2001. Asie, Sine and Obie joined it in 2002, Bush and Hytek became members at the end of 2004.
We realised the first time we met that we're all the same zealots in our souls; since then we are not only one crew but close friends as well. We are usually active in Budapest, which is the capital city of Hungary.
Divine Zeal is a group of fanatics. The name expresses our commitment to graffiti, that means for us an almost-psychopathic state of mind. We have it in our mind all day, all night, 24 hours a day, even when we don't do it. Although our personal styles are different, we have the same attitude. Thus DZ is a group with high cohesion.
Our profile is to create murals with conceptions. The fusion of our personal styles results a collective artwork. Our goal is to force the viewer not to separate the creations of the members, but to think about the mural as an achievement of the crew.
Up to this point we didn’t have any conflicts with other crews. We are proud of our good relations with the most Hungarian writers.
